For being rather newly experienced at the real estate game, jake zach proved his worth to us over and over again! we were looking for a home in oregon, coming from california. even though we had been coming up every few months to informally check out different areas, we were not too familiar with the housing market here. we found a house that we were interested in, met up with jake and started the process. our house buying was a little unorthodox as we had to do everything long distance. jake made sure we were comfortable with all the electronic paperwork, negotiations and financing. not having experience with local banks, etc, we relied on jake for options and were very happy with all that we dealt with (especially dina from umpqua!). jake was responsive to us by phone, text and email and kept things on track in a timely manner. we feel that jake was thorough, duly represented us and that we got the best deal we could. he even visited us when we came to open the house up with a sweet "welcome home" giftbag full of local goodies! it made us feel very special. jake even went so far as to refer a sacramento realtor to us when we put our house on the market. i would certainly recommend jake zach to anyone looking for a home here!
